In the heart of the Burgundian vineyard, between Beaune and Dijon, the Delin cheese dairy proposes a line of goods of quality manufactured in the purest artisanal tradition.

Specialist in refined Brillat-Savarin of Burgundy as well as Régal de Bourgogne aromatized (grapes, garlic and sweet herbs, aroma truffles, cranberries...).

The cheese dairy also proposes to you “L’éclat de Nuits” refined in Bourgogne Aligoté (Silver medal in 2008 with the Agricultural Open competition of Paris), the fresh cheeses, the soft white cheeses of countryside…


Since September 2007, the Delin cheese dairy increased and a new fine and refined cheese range presents to you.
