Fromagerie Delin, located in Gilly-lès-Cîteaux in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, has been making typical Bourgogne-Franche-Comté cheeses for 50 years. The company now includes the Chevillon and Montbéliard cheese dairies.
All these companies are able to offer you a complete range of regional cheeses (Brillat-Savarin, Morbier, Tome, etc.), fromage frais, fromage blancs.
