Oven roasted peaches with Brillat-Savarin

Cooking time: 10 minutes
- 6 firm yellow peaches
- 6 to 8 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 100 g Brillat-Savarin
- 1 knob of butter
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the peaches in half and remove the stone. Place the peaches in the bottom of a buttered dish, flat side up. Pour the honey over the peaches, add the rosemary and bake for 10 minutes.
After removing from the oven, place a still warm peach half in each plate and garnish the centre with a little Brillat-Savarin. Decorate with a sprig of rosemary, pour a little juice into the plate.
