Côte d’or le Fromage:

Launched at the 2020 International Agricultural Show, this cheese was created in partnership with the Côte d’Or Department.

Made on our site in Nuits-Saint-Georges with milk coming exclusively from the Côte d’or, this is a cheese with a half-washed, half-bloom rind. The cheese is creamy under the rind and conceals a firm, crumbly centre. It has an intense and characteristic smell, and a delicate flavour with a melting texture!

Côte d’or le Fromage” has been awarded the “Savoir-faire 100% Côte d’or” label.


Our cheese factory also produces a range of specialities that are part of our history and, above all, are firmly rooted in our region.

These cheeses have names that highlight our Côte d’Or villages:

Petit Vougeot, Fromage des Vignerons, Amour de Nuits.

For lovers of more mature cheeses, the Fleur de Nuits and the Bourguignon in a wooden box will meet their expectations with their pretty bloomy rind.

They can be eaten on any occasion, whether on a platter or as a sandwich at breakfast.

Finally, our cheese dairy produces Mont’Noix. A soft cheese with a washed rind, this cheese stands out with its strong but delicate nutty flavour. Its supple, melt-in-the-mouth texture becomes creamy as it matures. It is a complex cheese with character.
