The Crémeux de Bourgogne range brings together all our cheese specialities with an inner filling.
It is the combination of our triple cream products, such as the Brillat-Savarin PGI, with ingredients selected for their great taste.
Crémeux de Bourgogne with Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vit. 3%), Edmond Fallot Mustard, Burgundian Blackcurrant, or even more surprisingly with Bleu d’Auvergne PDO.
The cheeses are formed when the white bloom of the rind has not yet set in. It will then take time for the maturing process to unify the cheese and for the rind to cover any filling line still visible on the heel of the cheese.
Our Crémeux de Bourgogne cheeses are available in several sizes: 500 grams, 200 grams and 100 grams.
Our Crémeux de Bourgogne filled with Bleu d’Auvergne PDO won a bronze medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2020.
Crémeux de Bourgogne is also the name given to a cheese that weighs an average of 1.5 kilograms and has won several medals at various agricultural competitions.
